As Education Director, you will:
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight over our Secondary Academies
Inspire staff, students, and the wider community with a clear vision for excellence
Drive continuous improvement in academic outcomes, safeguarding, and pastoral care
Champion equity, inclusion, and opportunity for every learner
Work closely with the Trust's leadership team to align goals with wider strategic priorities
