Edvoy are looking for an Enrolment Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with the China team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking international students responsibility for all activities related to Education Enrolment work.

Duties and Responsibilities will include

:

Share responsibility and provide support for the recruitment of international students and actively assist the team to achieve the target. Provide high quality after-sales consultation and customer service. This includes but not limited to submit and follow up applications, apply accommodation, provide student Visa guidance, arrange travel to the university and help with enrolment. Any and all administrative tasks involved in processing student applications. This includes but not limited to prepare enterprise documents, forward them to the university, track their progress, enter and update the information in student files. Liaise with universities and students to track students' applications, arrange interviews, and answer any general or specific enquiries as well as advocate on behalf of students. Attend regular training sessions for university information sessions and familiarisation trips. Maintain good communications with colleagues and keep the line manager informed of application statuses or problems. Liaise with prospective Chinese students in respect of appropriate courses of study in one of Edvoy's partner universities; Provide appropriate guidance and instruction to prospective candidates to help them with career development; Develop and maintain relationships with universities, schools and educational professionals; Liaise with institutions in respect of prospective candidates for appropriate mode of study; Answer student queries and convert applications into enrolment; Advise candidates on application procedures, review application forms and documents for various academic and professional courses and to oversee application process to ensure timely submission; Build a good working relationship with other members of the team.

Other responsibilities



l Maintain good record keeping at all times and enter all updates on the students CRMs system.

l Give talks/presentations to Chinese students in on behalf of the company

l Providing potential Chinese students with accurate and clear information as well as answering all enquiries from customers

l Play an active role and offer support and professional expertise as appropriate.

l Have a willingness to work flexibly and to adjust working hours to suit the needs of the company.

Person specifications, qualifications and skills



l Good bachelor's degree level
l Self-motivated and results-orientated team player that can exceed goals and revenue expectations, with the ability to work on own initiative
l A good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
l Excellent phone manner, written and verbal communication skills
l Ability to work on own initiative, prioritises work, handle pressure and meet deadlines
l Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills
l Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, writing, conversational) and be able to translate from English to Mandarin and vice versa
l Ability to communicate effectively with international students and a wide variety of external organisations
l Be able to demonstrate initiative to develop and improve services.
The working hours of this role are 38 hours per week Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines. Edvoy strives to be an Equal Opportunities employer.

All employees will be required to undertake, as deemed appropriate from time to time, mandatory training with regards to safeguarding and general health and safety, and welfare of students, children and young people under the age of 18, vulnerable adults and individuals with special educational needs and disabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
