The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to join our team on a contracted basis. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our education and training provision, supporting both our assessors and learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sample and quality assure assessment decisions in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements
Provide constructive feedback and support to assessors
Maintain accurate and up-to-date IQA records
Contribute to standardisation meetings and continuous improvement activities
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including safeguarding and data protection
Support the development and implementation of best practice in assessment and quality assurance
About You:
Qualified IQA (e.g., TAQA, V1, D34 or equivalent)
Experience in quality assuring vocational or professional qualifications
Strong understanding of awarding body and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
Desirable:
Experience in Leadership and Management qualifications
Experience working with adult learners
