ABOUT THE ROLE
Product creation, development and review
Reviewing educational content for any of our programmes to ensure it is effective
To ensure the quality assurance of any educational product
To have a critical eye on current schema, curriculum and assessment resources to ensure their effectiveness and industry relevance
To liaise with client-facing team members and learner-facing team members to best understand current need(s), demands and industry trends
To be actively involved in a continuous process of review, improvement, and deployment for all of our educational products
To engage in professional dialogue with content creators (internal or external) to ensure all products in development meet the required standard
Freelancer performance management and development
Creating, delivering, and reviewing instructor training material, in accordance with key departmental and business goals
Identify positive and negative patterns and themes in instructor performance
Actively observe instructor-led sessions, both live and recorded
Record keeping of observations
Identify and implement early intervention
Lead instructor training sessions, briefings and 1:1 interventions where appropriate
Provide feedback to instructors based on CFG standards and with appropriate guidance
Managing communication with instructors, where appropriate
Fulfil administrative tasks in relation to different processes
Interview coaching
Confidence coach recruitment and interview management
Training and development of interview coaches
Assisting in creation of new coaching session resources
Liaising and working with Client Success Managers to meet client need(s) and ensuring success for candidates at interview stages
Assisting and leading in both live and remote training sessions
Ensuring coaching sessions are within budget and are effective and in line with business OKRs
Mentoring interview coaches, where appropriate and necessary
Observing sessions and providing feedback to coaches
Monitoring candidate feedback to ensure coaching sessions are successful and developed
Fulfilling administrative tasks in relation to different interview coaching processes
Instructor selection support across CFG programmes
Where necessary, supporting the Programmes and Education team through:
Application administrative tasks
Reviewing video (Hireflix) interviews
Sourcing references
Attending and supporting interviews in a supportive capacity
Communicating and liaising with relevant staff members
Take initiative to grow our current instructor talent pool
Monitor talent pool availability, competency and skill
Identify areas of strength and development amongst new talent
General
Undertake work directed by Senior Managers/ Leads/ Heads of Department, Senior Leadership, and the CEO which is applicable to the role.
Attend in-person meetings, team days, department cross-functional days, where necessary.
Utilise skillset to support the wider team and departments, where necessary.
To attend, contribute and actively participate in company Squad meetings and any related action(s).

Educated to degree level or above

A teaching qualification
Qualified Teacher Status
Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating teaching, learning and educational processes
Experience with working with Google Workspace

BENEFITS:
Salary
: 34,000 - 38,000 DOE + opportunity for up to 10% bonus, dependent on company performance
Annual leave
:
20 days + 7 days over Christmas + 1 Special Occasion Day (+ 8 bank holiday days). Optional: Buy or sell 3 days of holiday, 1 giving back day, option to work 2 days over the festive period and get additional days back.
Parental leave
:
16 weeks full pay for the primary caregiver, 6 weeks full pay for the secondary caregiver. Phased return to the office for the primary caregiver (work for 4 days at full pay for 2 months).
Flexible working

We have the opportunity to work from abroad for up to 90 days a year.
