What You'll Do:

Support young people with

complex additional needs

, both at home and out in the community. Deliver

bespoke learning packages

tailored to each young person's individual needs, helping them develop key education and life skills. Provide

compassionate, empowering support

to boost confidence, independence, and academic progress. Develop

strong professional relationships

with children and young people who have complex needs and have often experienced significant difficulties in previous education settings. Have detailed knowledge of how to work in a

trauma informed

way. Following the guidance in each person's individual risk assessment/student plan to support them to manage their anxiety and behaviour in a positive way and to keep them and others safe.

What We're Looking For:

You'll have experience supporting young people with

complex additional needs

such as

PDA, EBSA, Trauma, ASC, ADHD and Selective Mutism.

You'll use your

passion, experience

and

enthusiasm

to deliver bespoke learning packages that meet each young person's needs. You'll have an exceptionally positive attitude. You will need to have a strong commitment to safeguarding. You'll have a creative mind and resilience that can handle challenging situations. You'll want to be part of something that makes positive changes in the lives of young people.
