Debate Academy

, we help children in primary schools build confidence, curiosity and communication through debating and public speaking.

We are looking for a warm, organised communicator who enjoys building relationships with schools and helping pupils find their voice. Your job will be to reach out to headteachers, share how our programmes work, and arrange meetings for our founder. You will research schools, send friendly emails, make follow-up calls and help coordinate materials that showcase our work.

What You Will Do

Research and contact schools across the North West Send personalised emails and make friendly follow-up calls Connect with headteachers on LinkedIn and X Keep our lead tracker updated and accurate Book meetings directly into the diary Help prepare flyers, certificates and presentations for events Support light marketing and communication tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For

Background in education, outreach, or school administration (preferred) Friendly and professional phone manner Strong organisational and written skills Reliable, consistent and self-motivated Enjoys working independently and helping schools give pupils a voice

The Details

15 to 20 hours per week (3 to 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, term time only) 1,000 to 1,400 per month depending on experience All school holidays off Flexible hours that fit around family life Based in Liverpool with optional hybrid working
