Education Practitioner (xr06)
Job Description
The Jobholder will play an essential role within the Operating Theatres Education Team, by facilitating education, training, and practice development within the Perioperative environment. The Job holder will work collaboratively with the Professional Development Practitioner, Matrons, Perioperative Team Leaders, and clinical staff. They will play a key role in assessing and enhancing the quality of practice learning environments, proposing interventions for improvement. The Job holder will facilitate the development of clinical practice assessors/key trainers, providing supervision through on-site support and continuous professional development activities for perioperative staff.
The Job holder will support interdisciplinary and cross-site working to ensure the sharing of best practice and the delivery of high quality, effective, and efficient care.
