Key responsibilities:

Confident in leading people, managing sensitive conversations, and problem-solving creatively. Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Resilient, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently. Committed to inclusive, learner-centred education.

Desirable:

Knowledge of alternative provision, SEND, or trauma-informed practice. Experience working in multi-disciplinary or TAC teams. Previous line management experience. Familiarity with exam access arrangements and qualification pathways.

What's in it for you:

This is your chance to lead, innovate, and make a tangible difference in the lives of young people and their families.
