Account Manager - Primary Education Recruitment
Bristol | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission
Are you a confident communicator with an ability to build relationships and a passion for recruitment? Were looking for a driven Account Manager to join our high-performing Primary Education desk, where the pace is fast, the billing is high, and the opportunities are endless.
What Youll Be Doing:
Managing a busy and successful primary education desk
Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates
Handling high-volume recruitment needs with speed and accuracy
Using Excel to track performance, manage data, and support reporting
Making confident, persuasive calls to clients and candidates daily
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment or sales (education sector a bonus!)
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Strong Excel skills - youll be comfortable with spreadsheets and formulas
