What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing an established warm desk
• Building and maintaining genuine relationships with schools and candidates

• Proven experience in education recruitment
• Confident sales and recruitment experience
• Experience working in the education sector
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment
• A people person who builds strong relationships
• A driven, self-motivated consultant who wants to grow with us
• Competitive individual who is used to working in a KPI lead sales environment
