Job Description

25,000 - 27,000 base salary plus commission. First year OTE 40K, second year OTE 60K and third year OTE 80K+.

We are looking for brand new recruitment consultant to join our growing team in our Bristol office and develop a new area with the aim of progressing into a senior role and managing new trainee consultants.
There is a clearly defined route from trainee to Director and there will be opportunities to open new locations and grow your own team.
Graduate Consultant Role:

Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
Building your reputation and relationships with schools and teachers
Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients and candidates
Managing your pool of candidates
Effectively growing and servicing your client base
