Job Description
We are looking to employ an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to work at Evolve Education & Sports Management Ltd. The "Evolve Education" aspect of our company focuses on providing primary schools, secondary schools, SEN settings, and further education colleges with outstanding staffing support. The "Sports Management" aspect of our company focuses on inspiring people through their passion of sport by working with professional/former professional athletes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Partnering with Schools
- Understand their academic and sports staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.Building Talent Networks
- Grow and manage a pool of outstanding educators, teaching assistants, and sports coaches.Delivering Excellence
- Match the right people to the right roles, ensuring every placement benefits the school and the individual.Hours = 40 hours per-week
Pay = 24,000 - 32,000 (+ commission)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 24,000.00-32,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
