Education Recruitment Consultant - Commission-Based

The Opportunity

Join Premium Educators as a 360 Recruitment Consultant on a commission-only basis. If you come from recruitment, sales, HR, or education and value autonomy and flexibility, this role offers uncapped earning potential and full remote freedom.

Key Responsibilities

Source and register teachers, tutors, and support staff Match candidates to school and tuition centre roles Conduct interviews, references, and onboarding Build and manage client relationships Promote services through networking and digital channels Maintain accurate records on CRM Ensure compliance with safeguarding and GDPR Stay updated on education sector trends

Commission & Earnings

30%-50% commission per successful placement Recurring commissions for up to 12 months on long-term roles Bonus opportunities for exceeding targets Realistic monthly income: 2,000-10,000+ No cap on earnings

Who You Are

Essential

Background in recruitment, education, sales, or business development Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organised, and proactive Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools

Desirable

Experience recruiting in the education sector A network of educators or school contacts Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance in UK education

Additional Information
