Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on managing a
high volume of inbound and warm calls
from candidates, expertly
vetting their suitability
and
scheduling free consultations
. Your day-to-day will involve:
Making a high volume of daily telephone calls in response to online inquiries.
Consulting with and interviewing candidates
to understand their goals and fit.
Scheduling numerous daily appointments for consultations.
Driving sales by actively promoting our products and services.
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Utilizing strong time management skills to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Negotiating effectively to close sales deals
and secure enrollments.
Maintaining an organized and robust sales pipeline.
