Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing individual or group assistance to students.
Help create an inclusive learning environment where all students, regardless of their abilities, can succeed.
Assist with the implementation of individual learning plans (ILPs) for students with special educational needs.
Provide academic, emotional, and behavioural support to students, ensuring they feel valued and encouraged.
Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to track student progress and adapt learning strategies as needed.
Ensure that students are able to fully engage with the curriculum in a safe, supportive environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or in an educational setting (experience with SEN or challenging behaviour is a plus).
A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to making a difference.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Flexible, adaptable, and patient, with a proactive approach to supporting students' needs.
A willingness to learn and a desire to grow in your career.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
