With our rapid expansion across the UK we are looking to expand our head office team with someone passionate about the Mathnasium Mission to change lives through maths and keen to take the next step to develop others to do the same.

Reporting to the Head of Education for Mathnasium UK the Education and Training Support Specialist will be integral to our expansion journey and presents an exciting opportunity to grow with the brand whilst influencing success.

The role will involve working across departments supporting key areas of Education, Operations and Training.

Education and Training Support Specialist Based in the South East Salary range 30k-35k DOE Full time Field Based with occasional home working

The Successful Candidate will:

Be an advocate of best practice and an upholder of standards and compliance. Have experience of working at a Mathnasium Centre or within an educational or tuition setting. Have strong maths skills and interest in education. Recognise the importance of both educational quality and commercial KPIs in developing and growing a successful tuition business. Have a growth mindset and be open to new challenges. An ability to analyse data and summarise findings. Be a flexible member of a team, able to work independently and collaborate across departments. Work on projects to enhance our educational offering and support to the company. Provide training / coaching 1 to 1 and in small groups on aspects of Education and Operations. Be able to travel to visit centres, ideally holding a driving licence.
This role will enable the successful candidate to gain experience across all areas of the business providing an exciting development opportunity.
