36,363 - 39,862 per year. An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen to join the Education Welfare Service (EWS). The successful candidate will work alongside a team committed to providing high quality support to schools, children, young people and families so that they can benefit from the educational opportunities provided to them. This position is temporary until 31 March 2026.

The EWS are looking to appoint a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team until 31 March 2026.
Training will be provided, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with many different departments of the directorate as well as wider council services and external agencies.
The successful candidate will join a welcoming, inclusive and hardworking team which include a variety of skilled and passionate professional practitioners.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in supporting educational engagement Be someone who works effectively both independently and as part of a team Have excellent organisational and communication skills
