Education Supply Pool are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Support Workers to work in the Pontypool and its surrounding areas on either full or part time basis. Applicants are required to own a Valid UK Drivers licence and a vehicle.

As a support worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and tailored care to children and young people with complex needs, including behavioural and emotional challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing personalised care that supports the safety, well-being, and growth of children and young people. Ensuring a safe environment by following health and safety guidelines. Building strong, supportive relationships with children, young people, and their families. Keeping clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and progress. Staying up to date with individual care plans and risk assessments. Putting the needs of each child first, adapting your approach to support their emotional and health needs.
What You'll Bring:

Fully compliant with Social Care Wales 6 months previous experience within care or children's services or transferable skill role is desirable. Full UK driving licence NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care/Children and young people desirable Children safeguarding training is essential
