We have a vacancy for a Qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator who can support the nursery manager in providing high quality childcare and strive for excellence.

Duties:

Provide an enriched learning environment for all children Plan weekly to ensure the childrens next steps are being achieved - putting interventions in place as and when required Ensuring daily dairies are kept upto date Following the EYFS and meeting the welfare requirements Supporting children to become independent learners Safeguarding the children at all times Adhering to company policies and procedures

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with EYFS and standards for early years education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children

Qualifications

Completion of a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification, e.g. Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People's Workforce, NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development Completion of Safeguarding Awareness course (desirable) Paediatric First Aid certificate (within date if qualified post 30th June 2016) Drivers desirable
Interview Process steps:

The position is full time working upto 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm.

We are committed to safeguarding, protecting children, young people and adults. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS and 2 satisfactory references. Due to the nature of the work, we will require an additional criminal records check (or checks if more than one country) for anyone who has lived or worked abroad.
