This role is in partnership with Stepping Stones NI - Stepping Stones will be offering World Host Principles of Customer Service training, alongside a recruitment and interview day within EE (BT tower Belfast). We will support you throughout your whole journey, from application to interview and beyond.

Your role;



You will support and guide our customers. Whether it's helping them with a billing query, answering a technical question or anything else they need, with the training we provide you will be the expert that they need. Every interaction will deliver a brilliant, personal service.
