Salary: Basic salary 30,000 to 35,000 depending on experience
Commission & OTE: Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of up to 65,000
About the Role
We are looking for a driven, commercially focused Store Leader to take full ownership of our Wells store. This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering strong sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience every day.
As Store Leader, you will lead from the front, set clear standards, and create a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement. You will be trusted to run the store as your own business, with a strong focus on conversion, GP, and overall scorecard performance.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of store performance across all KPIs, including conversion, Gross Profit, Upgrades, Home Broadband.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Guides to consistently deliver results
Ensure every customer is fully worked, with no missed opportunities
Drive a strong sales culture through daily coaching, role plays, and performance conversations
Manage staffing, rotas, absence, and performance in line with business expectations
Ensure high standards of compliance, process, and customer experience at all times
Use data and reporting to identify gaps, set actions, and track progress
Lead by example on the shop floor, especially during peak trading times
Build a positive, engaged, and motivated team environment
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Store Manager / Store Leader in a fast-paced retail or sales environment
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering against targets
Confident people leader who can coach, challenge, and inspire a team
Comfortable holding others accountable and managing performance
Customer-focused with a passion for sales and service excellence
Organised, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
