Compensation: Up to \xc2\xa355,000 based on experience.

This business unit specializes in pioneering solutions, particularly in Radio Frequency (RF) Directed Energy Weapons (DEW), Laser DEW, and Stealth domains. Given substantial interest from various customer communities in these areas, it\'s an exciting moment to join the expanding team and contribute to delivering innovative top-tier solutions for the UK.

This opportunity involves becoming part of the Effects and Vulnerability (E&V) Team, responsible for various modeling and data analysis tasks, potentially encompassing trial/experiment design and participation. The goal is to comprehend and forecast the effectiveness and performance of cutting-edge technologies and systems.

Successful candidates should be capable of developing models in Matlab and open to learning other tools like Microwave Studio CST, FEKO, Python, and Unity. A solid foundation in physics or mathematics would be advantageous.

The role will be tailored to match individual strengths, interests, and aspirations, primarily focusing on modeling and data analysis. Duties might involve:

Analyzing intricate data sets. Generating Matlab tools. Implementing machine learning. Conducting statistical data analysis. Creating performance models. Planning experiments and attending trials. Producing reports.

What we seek:

A degree in Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering. Previous experience with modeling tools, model development, and data analysis. Experience with RF or Laser technology is beneficial. Attributes like creativity, problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability. Familiarity with multiphysics tools such as Ansys and/or COMSOL would be advantageous.
