Deliver excellent customer service by resolving queries and providing tailored support. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of the role. Ensure health and safety issues are reported and shared for learning.

Minimum of two years' experience in a customer care or community support role, ideally working with older or vulnerable individuals. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations. Confident IT skills, including use of mobile devices and Microsoft applications. A full and clean driving licence.
