We have a current opportunity for a Electrical and Instrument Engineer on a contract basis. The position will be based in North Wales.

Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry or other similar heavy industrial environment preferably this would include a substantial period of direct engineering support to operational offshore and onshore facilities.

Strong technical knowledge and proven design construction commissioning and operational experience in the following areas:

electrical and instrumentation systems

high and low voltage generation systems: both islanded and embedded systems

high and low voltage distribution systems

high and low voltage motor control centres.

High voltage (static) variable speed drives

Knowledge of DCS/ PLC process control systems; ESD, F&G systems, Field instrumentation and metering systems.
