Affinity Water are looking for an Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician for our site in Bushey, Watford. This is a site based role.

hat You'll Be Doing:

Performing electrical and mechanical fault-finding, repairs, and maintenance on critical water treatment infrastructure. Interrogating PLC systems and getting hands-on with complex treatment processes. Conducting planned and preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve efficiency. Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults to keep downtime to a minimum. Collaborating with the production team and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Ensuring compliance with water quality and health & safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

You will possess a full electrical apprenticeship, or relevant HNC qualification or equivalent such as City & Guilds Level 3. If your qualification is gained from overseas, you will need to show proof of UK equivalent. Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills Knowledge of PLCs, motors, and the ability to interpret electrical schematic drawings. Understanding of health and safety regulations. A positive, adaptable attitude as you'll be tackling new challenges daily
