The Job Mission



This role sits at the heart of electrical construction delivery on site. You'll oversee LV installation, power earthing and temporary electrical support. You'll work to BS 7671 and The Electricity at Work Act, ensuring safety and compliance every day.

Lead electrical build delivery to strict safety, quality and time standards. Supervise LV installations, power earthing and temporary power on site. Coordinate with logistics, quality, surveillance and project control teams. Maintain daily site logs, escalate risks and issues promptly. Attend pre?start briefings and PLOD/PLOW meetings, reporting outcomes. Perform safety and assurance inspections in line with HSPI requirements. Recommend temporary mitigation measures and enforce corrective actions. Liaise daily with Construction Delivery Lead and Senior Manager.

Qualifications



Essential Skills



Electrical engineering or construction management qualification. BS 7671 18th Edition certification. Proven experience delivering construction sequencing and recovery planning. Solid knowledge of CDM Regulations and compliance obligations. Excellent report writing and stakeholder communication skills. SMSTS or IOSH qualification. Capability to energise and align contract partners. Strong organisational skills managing multiple priorities.

Experience in highly regulated environments. Familiarity with BS 7375 electrical distribution on sites. Background in power generation new?build projects. Prior work on large nuclear plant construction. Experience in site logistics and authority condition close?out.
