About the role

We are seeking an experienced

Electrical Construction Manager

to join our delivery team on a high-profile and complex defence project based in West Berkshire.



This is a critical role overseeing the successful delivery of electrical building services in a secure, highly controlled environment.

What you'll be doing

As an

Electrical Construction Manager

, you will:


Manage the on-site delivery of all construction works, ensuring alignment with programme, quality and safety standards Co-ordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams across all stages of installation and commissioning Interface closely with project management, engineering and client representatives to resolve technical and programme issues Ensure all works are fully compliant with current legislation, specifications and security protocols.

Who we're looking for

You will have:


Proven experience delivering electrical building services on large complex construction projects Prior involvement in defence, life sciences, clean room or high-tech environments is desirable Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, BMS, LV/HV, fire alarms, passive fire protection and associated commissioning. Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
