What's the role?



Working within the Engineering Department the role of Electrical Contracts Designer is to produce the electrical designs for the application of BRUSH Switchgears products. This would include Schematic/Wiring Diagrams, varying in degrees of complexity.




Key Responsibilities:



Working to instruction and/or specifications produced by the Applications Engineers Produce, design and/or modify drawings Create detailed schematic designs based on the customer requirements - designs to include CT/VT design, Electrical Interlocking Designs, Auto changeover Designs, control (Trip/Close) designs. Liaise directly with Manufacturing and Quality team members on issues relating to drawings.





What we're looking for:



Qualified to HNC level in an Electrical Engineering Discipline AutoCAD 2D experience Knowledge of electrical principles Competent using Microsoft office - excel/word/outlook
