Electrical Technician - Global Travel & Market-Leading Technology

Job Overview

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Electrical Technician/ Engineer to work with cutting-edge equipment, support projects across the globe, and develop their expertise in both onshore and offshore environments.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. Interpret and work from schematics, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and repairs. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems, identifying faults and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports. Utilise AutoCAD software for designing electrical layouts when necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance technical skills.

Skills

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentation. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform hands-on repairs and maintenance. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in various systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous but not essential. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
