What You'll Be Doing

Lead major projects across residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sector's from design to site delivery Manage project scopes, budgets, and client expectations with precision Mentor, inspire, and grow a talented electrical engineering team Drive innovation in electrical design, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage Champion IN2 in client meetings, bids, and industry events Help shape the London offices strategic direction and support wider business development

What You'll Bring

Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or related), and Chartered 10+ years senior-level experience in a leading UK M&E consultancy Proven success delivering complex, high-value commercial projects Strong leadership and project management skills A track record of mentoring teams and nurturing junior talent Confident communicator with technical and commercial expertise
