circuit boards enabling repairs to be carried out on Car Wheel balancers, Tyre Changers and Vehicle Lifts
. It is a role that requires hands-on expertise in electronic hardware, schematics, and PCB layout. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our director and sales office to support ongoing development, sales and after sales support. We are a small team of 5 people.
Responsibilities
Test and troubleshoot printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic circuits.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and datasheets.
Support failure analysis and provide solutions for product improvements.
Document designs, test procedures, and engineering changes.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and safety regulations.
Write simplified instructions for use and YouTube tutorials.
Qualifications
Electrical Engineering or a related field qualifications.
3+ years of experience working with PCBs and electronic circuit design.
Solid understanding of analogue and digital circuit design.
Experience with testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analysers.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule.
Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours 10 to 20 per week
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
