Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Engineer to join our team, working as an industrial electrician covering the UK. The ideal candidate will have their level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

This role supports a nationwide customer base, so a willingness to travel and stay away when required is essential.

Duties

Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems within the industrial sector. Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults quickly and safely. Working alongside mechanical engineers and other trades to keep sites operational whist offing a turn key solution for our clients under one company. Following strict site safety procedures and ensure compliance with electrical regulations to the highest standards. Generate test certificates and recording findings where necessary. Represent the company professionally while working at client sites.

Qualifications

Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or Installation. Strong practical experience with industrial electrical systems such as, containment methods, cable tray, ladder rack, metallic trucking and conduit. Strong practical skills when installing SWA cables and large switchgear. Comfortable working independently an as a team, across the UK. A solid commitment to safety, reliability, and high-quality workmanship. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to stay away during the week. Commitments to scheduled weekend works (paid at premium rates).
