As part of our expanding technical team, we are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to contribute to high-impact projects focused on efficiency, safety, and renewable energy.

Role Summary

As an Electrical Engineer at Artek, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems across diverse projects. You'll ensure technical excellence from feasibility through to commissioning, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Design electrical systems using CAD and engineering tools Conduct feasibility studies, estimate costs/timelines, ensure compliance (BS?7671) Manage installations, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise technicians Produce documentation, reports, and client presentations Support renewable energy and energy-efficiency projects

Requirements:

BEng/MEng in Electrical or related engineering (IET-accredited preferred) Skilled in CAD and simulation software (e.g. AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSpice) Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, and communication skills Knowledge of electrical safety codes and regulations Experience in specifying and commissioning systems Desirable: apprenticeship background, CEng/IENG registration in progress
