Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer or Maintenance Engineer or Commercial Electrician.

Platinum Facilities Services are looking for a skilled and reliable

Electrical Building Services Engineer

to join our on-site team at a prestigious client in West London.

You'll be based at the UK head office of one of the

world's largest and most iconic film and television production companies

Daily responsibilities:

Execute PPM and Reactive works on Emergency Lighting, Switchgear, AHU's, FCU's, and more. Electrical maintenance on equipment, plant, and assets. Provide outstanding customer/client service. Conduct fault finding, inspection and rectification (Electrical). Contribute to the call-out Rota with additional payments. Lead all sub-contractors & direct engineering staff. Document control through reporting and logs (electronic & paper).

Qualifications/Required experience:

Level 3 Electrical C&G/NVQ or equivalent - Essential.*
3-5 years of FM/Building services experience - Essential.*
Document control, reporting, and logs. Client interaction/client-facing experience/skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
