You'll be responsible for fault finding, reactive and planned maintenance, and minor installation works, all with an electrical bias.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical PPM, proactive, and reactive maintenance tasks as issued via the helpdesk, ensuring all work is completed within required timeframes and to high standards.
Support wider building services tasks, including HVAC, mechanical, and fabric-related works, as part of a multi-skilled maintenance approach.
Participate in the on-call rota, providing emergency response as required by the client contract.
Oversee and monitor contractor activity on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; issue Permits to Work as necessary.
Ensure all electrical systems and components perform in line with operational specifications and compliance requirements.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of plant rooms and associated areas to agreed company standards.
Deliver a professional and customer-focused service, representing the company positively and contributing to high levels of client satisfaction.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong experience in reactive and PPM building maintenance
Background in FM or commercial building services
City & Guilds 2230 Level 3 or
NVQ 2356 / 2357 or
City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation or
AM1 and AM2 completed
18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
