Purpose of Role


We are currently an Static Electrical Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team covering multiple RAF bases including Benson & Dalton


As part of our on-site engineering team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the ongoing compliance, safety, and reliability of electrical and building services infrastructure. You'll carry out a range of duties including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs on electrical systems such as power distribution (including 3-phase), emergency lighting, small power, alarms, and general building systems.



This is a site-based role offering stability, a consistent working environment, and the chance to be part of a well-supported team working on a high-profile, secure site.

Responsibilities


Delivering electrical maintenance services across the RAF Brize Norton site

Performing routine PPMs, reactive fault-finding, and emergency repairs

Maintaining systems including 3-phase power, lighting, alarms, and controls

Supporting compliance with statutory regulations and client standards

Working within MOD protocols and maintaining high Health & Safety standards

Essential Qualifications/Skills


Proven experience in a commercial or facilities management setting

Solid understanding of electrical systems, fault-finding, and maintenance

18th Edition qualification and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)

Ability to pass BPSS Clearance (must have lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years)
