We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering solutions. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of electrical systems and projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Attending various sites to:

Electrical installation to include single/three phase supplies, installing tray work and conduit.

Maintain electrical systems and equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently

Conduct regular inspections, tests, and preventative maintenance of electrical systems

Collaborate with other engineering teams to support ongoing projects

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Produce detailed reports and documentation for all electrical work completed

Conducting general electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues with testing equipment

Install, service, and maintain electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current edition of IET Wiring Regulations.

Basic plc fault finding advantageous

Panel building advantageous

Assist building and wiring machines in workshop

Install new machines on site including power supply and control wiring.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



A relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering.

Proven experience in electrical engineering, ideally within an industrial or commercial setting.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and circuit design

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and organisational skills

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., IET wiring regulations, health and safety)

Clean driving licence

Electrical installation experience to include lighting systems.

Provide own basic tools

Inspection and testing preferable

A Monday to Friday working schedule (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM), with early finishes on Fridays (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
