We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our growing team at Svella Connect M&E. In this role, you will carry out electrical installations, maintenance, testing and repairs across commercial and industrial environments. You will support a wide range of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high-quality workmanship for our clients. Svella Connect M&E is an accredited electrical installation and compliance contractor with a dedicated team of electrical professionals. As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated Electrical Engineers to help deliver our industry-leading services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair electrical issues on commercial and industrial systems, including fault-finding, rewiring and installations.
Identify required parts for service jobs and arrange orders.
Install various types of electrical containment systems (tray, conduit, etc.).
Perform routine maintenance and testing, ensuring compliance with current BS standards.
Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets company, safety and building regulation requirements.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Provide excellent face-to-face customer service.
Offer professional advice and assessments to clients.
Maintain knowledge of IEE regulations and City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 standards.
Demonstrate familiarity with NICEIC requirements.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
4+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer.
Approved Electrician with all required certifications.
ECS/CSCS Health & Safety qualification.
Full UK driving licence.
City & Guilds qualifications.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
Desirable:
Test & Inspection 2391.
2921-34 EV Charging qualification.
PASMA/IPAF certifications.
Testing and inspection experience.
Fire alarm knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
35,000-43,000
depending on experience
45,000 OTE
(paid door-to-door)
