ELECTRICAL FITTER

JOB PURPOSE:

Working as part of a team to build electrical systems and equipment from detailed engineering drawings, at our manufacturing facilities and at customer locations worldwide.

Reporting to Manufacturing Manager

WORKING HOURS:

40 Hours per Week Mon to Thurs - 07:45 to 17:00 Fri - 07:30 to 12:30
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Construction of electrical systems and equipment. Testing, fault-finding and diagnostics of electrical equipment. Installation of equipment at our customer's locations worldwide. Reading engineering drawings. To ensure quality standards are met.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Significant hands-on experience of electrical equipment, assembly, and machine building. Experience of using hand tools. MEWP & FLT qualification advantageous, training can be provided.
QUALIFICATIONS:

City & Guilds, ONC or HNC qualification in Engineering discipline. Apprentice trained desirable.
KEY ATTRIBUTES:

Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Professional manner, able to represent the company. Ability to travel worldwide. Basic tool kit required, supplemented by company tool allowance scheme. Full, clean driving licence & Passport
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
