Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team in delivering high-quality installations and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems especially domestic void rewires . As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of electricians to ensure timely completion of projects. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to facilitate smooth operations on-site. Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar supervisory role within the electrical industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications are required. A valid driver's licence is preferred for travel between job sites.

Pay: 18.00-20.38 per hour
