Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Instructor to join our team in Dartford. The Instructor will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs that empower students with practical skills and knowledge in electrical installation disciplines.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in electrical installation - specifically C&G 2365 levels 2 and 3 as well as C&G 2382 Wiring Regulations Provide constructive feedback and support to students throughout their learning journey. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during training.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an instructor or teacher Strong knowledge of electrical installation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students effectively. Organizational skills to manage course logistics efficiently
