Up to 34,249 per annum, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience

About The Role:



You will be responsible for inspiring and guiding students through a variety of Electrical qualifications that range from Level 1 to Level 3. You will develop a range of learning opportunities, including organising extracurricular activities, to enable students to progress through their programmes, all while ensuring compliance with national standards.

Key Responsibilities:



As the Electrical Lecturer, you will:

Plan and deliver lessons to a range of classes, maintaining a high-quality student learning experience

Use various teaching methods to promote inclusive learning for all

To formally assess students' progress and development, giving appropriate feedback (written and oral) and maintaining records as required

To carry out Internal Verification as required

Tailor additional support and catch-up solutions to meet individual needs and personal and professional goals

About you:



To be successful in this role, you will need:

Level 2 Qualifications in English and Maths

A Level 3 Electrical Qualification, or a related subject, or an equivalent relevant professional qualification

Strong knowledge of general Electrical subjects

Ability to maintain and adhere to Health & Safety Legislation to secure a safe Learner environment

Knowledge of recent initiatives in curriculum development and design is desirable, but not essential
