We have an exciting opportunity available for an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer based in the Oxfordshire area. This position is working with a market leading internationally respected manufacturer. The organisation currently has a growing number of manufacturing plants based across the UK with the vacancy sitting at their flagship site.
This Electrical Engineer vacancy offers an annual salary of up to \xc2\xa348,000 plus fantastic company benefits and a pension match of up to 6%.

The successful applicant will be supporting the business with Electrical plant maintenance repairs and departmental support within the factory environment.

Specific responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer include:

• Carry out routine Maintenance work and PPM Electrical maintenance and repairs to existing manufacturing machinery, relocation of equipment.
• Use experience to build up and repair spare parts ensuring they\xe2\x80\x99re ready for use when needed.
• Ensure rigorous application of continuous improvement tools and techniques across all areas of the manufacturing facility to optimise performance.
• Work collaboratively with other engineers and departments to optimise factory performance.
• Control Maintenance tools, stores, and equipment

Essential Qualifications & Experience required for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer include:

• You will need to hold an Electrical Engineering qualification with both Vocational and Technical qualifications to be considered: City and Guilds Level 3, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprentice trained etc.
• Electrical Bias.
• Maintenance experience/fault diagnosis of manufacturing machinery/electrical systems.
• Strong Health and Safety knowledge.
