Your Role & Impact



Perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance on all production machinery and equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Conduct routine inspections and servicing of plant machinery. Work closely with the production team to minimize equipment downtime and improve productivity. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and equipment efficiency. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required. Work as part of a team and liaise with external contractors when necessary. Work on automation systems including Siemens, Rockwell - Allen Bradley, GE, Mitsubishi, and Omron control systems. Perform system backups, SCADA, HMI & PLC modifications and integration, and system upgrades. Work on system controls and I/O's across site instrumentation and fault finding. Maintain and troubleshoot inverters and 3-phase motors. Support the instrumentation of the tank farm.

Required skills and responsibilities



Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Experience with PLC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is desirable. A recognised engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent) in mechanical or electrical engineering. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts and respond to call-outs when required. Good communication and teamwork skills.
