Electrical Maintenance Manager

Stoke-on-Trent, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

This isn't just another management job -- it's your chance to build, lead, and own an entire division.

One Way Group is expanding. Our projects division is thriving, our client base is national, and our electrical PPM work is growing fast. Now, we're separating maintenance and reactive services into their own dedicated department -- and we're looking for the right person to turn it into an operational powerhouse.

Have you ever wanted to be part of an elite team -- where you look around and think

wow, these people actually inspire me

?

You'll work closely with, and report directly to, our Operations Director, taking full ownership of preventive, remedial, and reactive works across our industrial client base.

This is your opportunity to create systems, lead engineers, and develop processes that deliver world-class industrial electrical maintenance -- all backed by One Way's reputation for quality, technical excellence, and exceptional service.
