Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical maintenance projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in electrical engineering, project management, and maintenance. This role requires effective communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.

Duties

Manage all phases of electrical maintenance & inspection PPMs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Supervise and lead a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and support. Having good communication skills when dealing with each engineer is critical to this role.. Review and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical components. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports on progress, challenges, and resolutions. Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations. Manage the companies NICEIC commitments

Skills

Proven management experience in electrical projects is essential. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent knowledge of schematics and technical drawings related to electrical systems. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in supervising teams. Relevant electrical experience is required, along with a strong understanding of maintenance practices. Can respond to situations re-actively & pro-actively

Pay: 45,000.00-58,000.00 per year
