Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Mate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with military experience, management skills, rigging expertise, or mechanical knowledge will find this position particularly rewarding.

Responsibilities

Assist electricians in the installation and maintenance of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. Support in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs as needed. Help with the preparation of job sites, including rigging and lifting heavy materials safely. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Electrical Mate or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of electrical systems. Experience with rigging techniques is a plus. Military background or management experience is highly regarded. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
