The Role

We're looking for an experienced electrical professional to join our team as an

Electrical Operations & Compliance Manager (NICEIC Qualified Supervisor)

.
This is a hybrid role combining technical oversight with office-based coordination and admin.

You'll be responsible for:

Acting as

NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS)

for the company Reviewing, signing off, and submitting electrical certificates (EICs, EICRs, MWCs) Managing job scheduling and communication Overseeing test instrument calibration and NICEIC compliance records Supporting quoting, invoicing, and operational reporting Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the Director to ensure smooth operations Preparing for annual NICEIC assessments and audits

What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) AM2 and 18th Edition (BS7671) 2391 or equivalent testing & inspection qualification Previous experience as an NICEIC QS or electrical manager Excellent communication and organisation skills Competent with job management software (Powered Now, Fergus, or similar) and Xero
