About the opportunity:

Jacobs Engineering is the Nuclear Design and Engineering partner for Sellafield Ltd under the (Programme and Project Partners). PPP is an exciting model to work in with Four world class organisations who have come together as one team, to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.

The programme arrangement is set to deliver ~\xc2\xa37bn worth of major projects creating a lasting legacy through the long-term partnerships.

Being part of the PPP Team offers a unique opportunity to cultivate change and creativity in engineering, safety, and delivery solutions in one of the most complex industrial sites in the UK, if not the world.

You will be responsible for the following: Can be based in Cheshire or Cumbria

• Design of installable CE&I cable route infrastructure / plant layouts that can be safely installed and subsequently populated with cables.
• Producing and understanding a range of electrical deliverables such as control schematics, single line diagrams, cable block diagrams, cable schedules, lighting and small power circuits, earthing schemes etc..
• Input into instrument hook-ups and loop diagrams
• Ensuring all relevant standards, instructions and specifications are applied.
• Interfacing with other disciplines to ensure optimised design.
• Checking of other designers\xe2\x80\x99 deliverables

Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

The candidate must be an experienced PDMS user, particularly in EC&I aspects including the production of automated drawings from the 3D model.

Software skills needed,

• PDMS, E3D, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
• Skilled in the use and application of 3D Tools [Modelling, Space Management & Coordination]
