Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an established Electrical Project Manager to join a welcoming team.

Working directly with several team members, your role will include project management of or

contracts valued from 200k to 5m. This will include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team

to manage projects in the healthcare, commercial and high-end residential sectors.

We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager with:

Thorough and efficient Wide supplier and subcontractor knowledge.

Understanding of associated electrical services

Flexible and dedicated in approach to deadlines

Computer literate

Willing and able to work as part of a team with personal skills to promote good

Ensuring quality standards are maintained in accordance with Company QA policies.

Previous experience working as an Electrical Project Manager

Electrical qualifications

The Electrical Project Manager role will involve:

Managing Electrical projects in multiple sectors of up to the 10m figure

Managing the supervisors onsite

Attending client meetings

Providing technical support where needed

Managing labour on site & ensuring all H&S is upheld

Liaise progress reports to senior management

Manage sub-contract & agency labour when required

Liaise with Architects, Engineers, Sub-contractors, Suppliers and the Client to

establish the project specification, preliminary requirements, risk provision and

exclusions.

Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers

when necessary.

Maintain records and filing of information

Carry out handover meetings
